As each piece is made to order refunds and exchanges are unavailable for change of mind. If you would like any help or advice when choosing a piece please do not hesitate to get in touch.

In the event of a fault in a piece please email emma@poormother.com to discuss options.

Heavy wear and tear or misuse of the piece will not constitute manufacturing fault. Damage to chains or findings (earring backs, clasps etc.) is also not included in manufacturing faults and their repair will incur a fee.

The re-plating of gold plated pieces will also incur a fee.

To prolong the life of your Poor Mother jewellery please remove it before bathing, sleeping and dressing. To clean, use the polishing cloth provided or submerge (metal only, no opals or pearls) in warm soapy water and rub gently with a cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a towel.
